What is your jewellery made of?
All our pieces are made from either Stainless Steel or Sterling Silver, plated in real 18k Gold or rhodium. No fillers, no fakes - just premium metals.
Will it tarnish or fade?
Our jewellery is 100% tarnish-free, for life. Literally.
As for fading:
Stainless Steel? Built to last decades.
Sterling Silver pieces plated in 18k Gold may slowly fade in colour if constantly soaked in water - so treat them like the treasures they are.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Yes! Everything is fully waterproof. Swim, shower, sweat - your pieces are safe.
But we'll give you an important heads up. Gold-plated sterling silver can FADE faster with daily water exposure, and stones may loosen over time if they’re getting drenched daily. So maybe skip the pool party with your gem-stacked or 18k gold plated sterling silver pieces.
However, stainless steel pieces are perfectly fine for a lifetime, no matter how may times they go underwater!
My skin is sensitive, is your jewellery safe for me?
Absolutely. No nickel, no irritation, no stress. Whether your skin’s extra sensitive or just picky, our pieces play nice.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship all orders with Royal Mail’s 24hr or 48hr Tracked service - super speedy once it's packed!
Processing takes 1–5 days, but we’re usually pretty quick (think 1–2 days unless we’re swamped). If there’s a delay, you’ll be the first to know. Promise.
How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves us, you’ll get a tracking link straight to your inbox - no chasing, no guessing. Just click and follow your jewellery’s every move until it lands in your hands.
What does pre-order or made-to-order mean?
Pre-orders mean the piece you’ve fallen in love with is still being made (just for you).
It takes 2–4 weeks to craft and ship, but trust us - it’s so worth the wait.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
If you’re outside the UK (especially in the EU), customs fees might apply. It’s all down to your country’s rules - we wish we could control it, but it’s out of our hands. Any fees are set by your local government.
