At Kinetic Jewellery, we aim to deliver your orders swiftly and securely using Royal Mail’s Track 24 and Track 48 services.

 

UK Shipping:

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Track 24 or Track 48, with delivery typically within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping:

International orders are dispatched with Royal Mail’s tracked services, and delivery usually takes between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order is on its way.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-Order items take 1-2 weeks to dispatch as they are made-to-order. You will be updated via email

Tracking Your Order:

You can monitor your parcel’s journey using the tracking number provided. This allows you to stay updated on the estimated delivery time and location.

Lost or Missing Parcels:

While we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely, once dispatched, Kinetic Jewellery cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or missing during transit. In the rare event your order does not arrive, please contact us and we will do our utmost to assist in locating your package.

Customs and Import Duties:

For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to modify addresses once an order has been dispatched.
